Cruce Davila Business Park (CDBP) is located approximately 35 miles west of San Juan in the heart
of Puerto Rico’s north coast in the town of Barceloneta. The park is situated just south of the
PR 22 expressway (exit 57) with quick and easy access to all parts of the Island via the expressways
and PR 10 to the south. Location is against rush hours traffic.

- The Puerto Rico Premium Outlets are located 1.5 miles from the site via Rt.#2. The outlet mall and major local attraction provides a collection of 94 retail stores, including luxury labels and big box retailers such as Banana Republic Factory Store, Gap Outlet and Toys “R” Us Express
